Beginning of a fetus!

Today marks the day when our little embryo turns into a fetus! I don’t know if anything magical actually happened today, but all of the books say that today is the day and that from now until the day the baby is born it is officially a fetus. According to our books this marks the end of the most critical part of the baby’s development- so all of the major important parts have developed, now we just have to grow the rest of the baby and fatten him or her up.

I’ve been super tired this week and am hoping that in the next few weeks I’ll get some of my energy back- I don’t like sleeping 11 hours a night, especially not when I have plenty of end of semester stuff to get done.
