We had no birth plan (obviously), and I was not cool with all the decisions they made. And then the hospital staff decided they'd just go ahead and NAME our baby for us (Jim, if you were wondering). Just wanted to randomly share that because I blame your post for providing my brain with dream fodder, as I'd read it the day before the dream. So strange. Good luck as you guys finish up this part of the ride and get ready to welcome your new family member!
